Sean co-founded the McConnell Group in 2017 with his wife Nicolette after recognizing the need for a more systematic, tech-forward, and genuinely personalized real estate experience. Drawing on his military-honed operational expertise and entrepreneurial drive, he created a brokerage grounded in collaboration, accountability, and broker development from day one.
